Pioneer Credit Opens New Collection Call Center

Pioneer Credit Recovery has hired 100 people to begin staffing its new facility in Batavia, NY, which officially opens Tuesday, Aug. 16 in a renovated incubator site on Mill Street.

The site is the third for the debt collection firm, which also has facilities in Perry and Arcade (NY). The new employees bring total employment for the company to 975, a number expected to surpass 1,000 by the end of the year after another 50 are hired in Batavia.

Pioneer Credit is one of the leading collection agencies in the country and one of the top-ranked agencies on two federal collection contracts. With more than 975 employees, Pioneer Credit is the largest private sector employer in Wyoming County, New York.
