Ajent is the first in a new family of Columbia Ultimate products developed from the ground up using a Windows-based, enterprise-ready architecture and technology platform. The platform is based on object-oriented technology and has been designed to support scalable, n-tier and database-independent enterprise applications.

Agents, supervisors, administrators and managers each access their respective, user-appropriate screens based on the roles they play in successful collection. The intuitive user interface guides users through the application, greatly reducing training time and increasing productivity.
