Experian
, a global information services provider, today announced that it has partnered with Varolii Corporation, formerly PAR3 Communications, to offer ConnectOne, an automated contact system designed to improve many of the business and communications processes required for successful collections. Integrated with Experian’s robust end-to-end collections solutions suite, ConnectOne creates high-quality, automated outreach solutions that empower clients in the collection agency, debt buyer and collection attorney sectors to make the most of Experian’s expansive data and increase right-party contacts.

"Efficiency is a benchmark for success in the collections business," said Kerry Williams, group president of Experian’s Credit Services & Decision Analytics. "ConnectOne enhances Experian’s full suite of collection solutions, including information, skip-tracing, segmentation and scoring by adding automated consumer dialing applications to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of collection."

ConnectOne provides virtual dialing capabilities without the need to make any hardware investments. This turnkey service provides personalized, automated and interactive dialogue with debtors, resulting in increased right-party contacts and overall collector effectiveness.

Two contact applications are available:

  • Right-Party Generator dials client-supplied phone numbers in an attempt to contact the debtor. As the application dials the phone numbers, it verifies the contact using an automated platform. Once the debtor is a confirmed right-party contact, the system transfers the call directly to a live agent.
  • Information Agent automatically delivers messages to debtors. Information Agent offers the same flexibility as Right-Party Generator plus the ability to present a full message to the debtor.

The flexibility of ConnectOne enables clients to take control of their dialing campaigns. Users have the power to modify and create new campaigns, manage calling hour windows, set call center hours and modify outbound contact pacing through a browser-based administrative interface or account-level application controls.

"Our partnership with Experian brings together two leaders in the collections space and introduces an easy-to-implement end-to-end solution that will deliver superior performance to the industry," said Jeffrey Read, Executive Vice President of Varolii Corporation. "Experian’s ConnectOne, powered by Varolii, will enable collection agents to focus their efforts on accounts with the highest potential for recovery."
