Mark Rowland has over 22 years of finance experience, including operational and financial management with key competencies in strategic planning, acquisitions and business integration leadership. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer of Spectrum Brands Home & Garden business, a $700 million consumer products company, where he was employed for over 8 years. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CPA.
