PCC was founded in 1974 by Bernard Fettner and during the intervening period has built an excellent reputation servicing clients primarily in the bankcard, finance and healthcare segments.


AllianceOne considers the acquisition of PCC fully consistent with the Company?s core growth strategy, which includes the identification and acquisition of companies whose expertise and/or market concentrations bring new or complementary opportunities to AllianceOne. For several years, PCC has developed a specialized expertise servicing later stage receivables. This diversity enhances AllianceOne?s ability to deliver a more comprehensive solution to creditors across a broader range of product offerings.
