Medipent, Inc. today announced that Bonnie K. Baker has joined as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Baker’s expertise and background are an excellent match to the skills required to services MEDIPENT’s rapidly growing client list for its "Guaranteed Receivables Programs."

“Bonnie has a thorough understanding of the ARM industry, evidenced by proven results and professional achievements over the past two decades,” said Jason Priest, Chairman and CEO.  “Bonnie is very knowledgeable about the challenges healthcare providers face selecting and managing revenue cycle outsourcing partners and she brings tremendous value to MEDIPENT.”

Previously, Ms. Baker was President of The Outsource Group where her responsibilities included setting strategic goals for all divisions, establishing quality and work standards of the company and clients, reviewing and evaluating internal performance, monitoring legislative and external events affecting the company’s clients, and maintaining superior security technology.

Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Bonnie was a computer consultant with Application Software, Inc. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Columbia College, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Information Processing.
