and CDS Software announced recently they will partner to make a hosted predictive dialing solution available to any company who previously could not afford to use this communication technology. An increase in agent productivity and ROI for those companies is the partners’ goal.

By combining IAT’s predictive dialing technology and CDS Software’s collection software into a hosted predictive service, the companies plan to provide CDS customers – users of CollectOne software – with a way to use predictive dialing technology at a low hourly rate with no additional fees, including set-up.
