Garden Grove, Calif.-based Vengroff, Williams & Associates (VWA), a leading provider of receivables management and business process outsourcing solutions, today announced new customers including First Look Studios, Genius Products, Network Appliance, and PPG.

The recent customer news comes at the heels of research by sourcing advisory firm, EquaTerra, that predicts that outsourcing is a recession-proof business tool.

Stan Lepeak, EquaTerra’s Managing Director of Research, explained, "… While buyers still experience challenges with their outsourcing efforts, overall results have met or exceeded expectations, which has enabled outsourcing to become a commonplace tool that — regardless of broader economic and market conditions — buyers employ in an effort to improve their process delivery and reduce operating costs."

"Since credit is now harder to come by with the recent credit squeeze, cash is once again king," said Mark Vengroff, CEO of Vengroff, Williams and Associates. "As such, we are seeing more and more companies turn to us to not only reduce costs as the recent EquaTerra report highlights, but to also help tighten up their AR process to make sure their receivables process is optimized. We are excited to work with these latest client additions to help them increase their cash flow."

Founded in 1963, and with $23 billion dollars under its management, Vengroff, Williams & Associates is a leading provider of receivables management business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions for Fortune 1000 companies such as Ford Motor Company, Federal Express, Kodak, Microsoft, Yamaha and others.
