Richard Woolwine is chief executive officer, chairman of the board and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. Prior to establishing Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1996 as one of the nation’s leading purchasers of unsecured, consumer-distressed assets, Mr. Woolwine held positions of increasing responsibility within the capital markets and commercial lending division of Chemical Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Woolwine also served as chief operating officer responsible for day-to-day operations of a leading importer of consumer products. Mr. Woolwine earned a bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute.
