WeDo Consulting, an information systems consultant, has announced the completion of a new business deal ? the implementation of its Integrated Collections Solution (ICS) in Brasil Telecom, one of the largest fixed telecom operators in Latin America with over 10 million lines deployed.


WeDo Consulting?s Integrated Collections Solution (ICS) will enable Brasil Telecom to have a better control over its current payment default levels in order to reduce them – one of the biggest challenges in the telecom sector.


ICS will allow Brasil Telecom to manage its Collection process, providing its teams with tools that assure more effectiveness and efficiency in the collection processes. ICS enables the segmentation and prioritization of targets and actions according to the customer?s behavior and the easy implementation of new control strategies. The automation of the collection process includes follow-up options that enable the necessary activities for the payment of customer credits.
