Helen has more than 20 years of general management experience in highly competitive, service-oriented businesses. Her expertise is in operational process improvement, call center management, and client service. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Helen was Vice President of Operations for North America for DS Waters. She has been a partner in P3 Sales Consultants and also held management positions at Logica PLC, Mobile Networks and Paging Network.
