(OSI) announced today a strategic alliance agreement that provides OSI and its enterprise clients with an innovative method of proactively interacting with customers. OSI’s new outbound marketing program makes student loan consolidations available to borrowers with positive payment histories. The PAR3 platform sends interactive, high-quality natural voice notifications to select borrowers and dynamically guides them through the qualification process with a series of questions they can respond to with a touch of a telephone keypad. Qualified customers are transferred via PAR3′s call routing capabilities to a contact center agent who then completes the transaction, helping OSI increase account representative productivity, marketing campaign effectiveness, and revenue.


Results indicate the new OSI / PAR3 interactive marketing program is nearly three times as effective as OSI’s previous methods, with the company now capable of closing 90 sales a day, an improvement over the previous 35. Additionally, OSI has also increased its monthly outbound call volume by 600 percent — now completing in one month what previously took six — an extremely important factor when communicating time-sensitive information.
