RevQ, a software and consulting company providing technology for revenue recovery to the government sector, today announced that Collin County of Texas has deployed its Revenue Results software.  Developed exclusively for courts, taxation and other government entities, Revenue Results debt collection software delivers critical features and functionality for effective government revenue collections.

As a result of the Senate Bill 1863, which mandates an implementation of a court collection improvement program in Texas, Collin County turned to Revenue Results to help the organization transfer court collection activities online and employ an automated system for managing day-to-day collection activities.  The deployment of Revenue Results has helped the county keep current with reporting standards associated with the Senate Bill 1863, streamline account entry, conduct due diligence of account tracking, and automate correspondence, payment plan setup, work list capability and reporting.

“Since the deployment of Revenue Results, we have increased our collections by 60 percent. Collecting the full payment timeframe has been reduced while the average payment amount has increased,” said Stacey Kemp, County Clerk with the Collin County Court of Law Office. “The addition of Revenue Results has made a significant difference in our productivity and outcome, and we look forward to achieving ongoing success in the years to come.”

Revenue Results is designed to automate the many manual tasks in the debt collection lifecycle and to increase productivity on tracking, management and follow-up of debtors. Revenue Results is available as an On-Premise installation or as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The software offers government users the ability to streamline account entry, due diligence tracking of accounts, skip tracing tools, matching like debtors, automated correspondence, payment plan setup, work list capability, graphical reporting and more.

“Revenue Results is geared to helping government entities stay one step ahead of new rules and regulations related to collections, and bring the critical tools and solutions necessary to improve their revenue recovery program,” said Bruce Randall, President of RevQ.  “We are pleased that Collin County has selected the Revenue Results solution to further enhance and increase its collections efforts.”
