IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the collection industry and related markets, will introduce CT Center version 6.0 at the ACA International Conference and Expo, July 9 ? 11, in San Diego, CA. The new features and functionality of their Predictive Dialer and Interactive Communications modules, and CT Impact Hosted Broadcast Messaging will be available for installation or upgrade following IAT?s Annual User Conference, September 10 – 13, 2006, in Park City, UT. Customer input and IAT?s knowledge of the collections market inspired the dramatic product enhancements.


Highlights of CT Center 6.0 include:

  • CT Impact Direct ? Direct transmission of calling campaign/list data from CT Center to CT Impact Hosted Broadcast Messaging simplifies outsourcing and enhances collections without upfront costs.
  • Improved Answering Machine Message Lay-In ? Enables CT Center to wait for the most appropriate time to leave a message on an answering machine. This improves message quality and call-back efficiency.
  • Individual List Calling Times within List Groups ? Enhances automation of when lists should be worked and the time allotted for each. This gives the manager control of how much work is done on each list.
  • CTC Messaging ? Instant internal communication between agents and managers is possible through the use of CTC Messaging. Electronic internal text messages, delivered via pop-up boxes, can be sent from manager to agents, manager to manager, and agent to manager.
  • Server-Based Agent, Manager Teams ? Agent and manager teams are now centrally located on the CT Center server and can be accessed by designated users from any user location.
  • On-Demand Agent Call Recording ? Managers and agents can decide which agent calls to record. This version of Call Recording is self-maintaining, cost-effective and upgradeable to optional recording features.
  • Individual Agent Wait Music ? Music agents hear between contacts is now separate from hold music. An unlimited number of music selections can be added to the agent music file, giving them listening choices.
  • Batch Download Real-Time Host Account Qualification ? Re-qualifies in real-time the status of the account on the host before it is called. CT Center-to-host integration is required.
