I.C. System Publishes Online Resource for Receivables Management

St. Paul, MN ? I.C. System has published I.C. Web Central, an online resource that assists clients in the recovery and management of their outstanding receivables. I.C. Web Central, located on www.icsystem.com, links clients to individual account information and provides them with an overview of their collection project.

Clients may utilize I.C. Web Central’s initial tool, which leverages Ontario Systems’ FACS Web product, to instantly access collection activity information. The tool allows clients to request and view reports in real-time via the Web, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Registered clients may also view demographic information, collector notes and payment history at the account level.

I.C. System is the first collection agency to utilize the FACS Web product in the creation of an online tool for clients whose projects are managed on Ontario Systems’ FACS debt collection software. The agency effectively incorporated the FACS Web product through advanced mapping from the FACS system to I.C. System Web pages that can be viewed through a client’s own Web browser. I.C. System also added essential Web navigation tools specifically designed for their clients’ needs.
