Salt Lake City, UT ? IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the collection industry and related markets, is excited to announce that our 2005 User Conference will be held Sept. 14-16, 2005, at the beautiful Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, in historic Norfolk, Virginia.

This year’s Conference will cover a wide range of pertinent topics, such as: the new features in CT Center version 5.0, Collector Compensation and Motivation, List Management, Use of Interactive Dialogues, and Troubleshooting. Experienced and knowledgeable IAT customers will join IAT staff in informative discussion panels, roundtables, and educational sessions.

The keynote speaker will be Dan Becker, Owner of B.O.S.S. Becker, a long-time customer of IAT, a respected leader in the collection field and a consultant to fellow IAT customers. His knowledge and expertise regarding IAT’s communication solutions have improved profitability and productivity throughout IAT’s customer base.

One major highlight of the upcoming User Conference is the release of CT Center version 5.0. The new features and functionality of the Predictive Dialer (PD) and Interactive Communications (IC) modules will be available for installation or upgrade following the Conference, with attendees given priority on installation dates. Customer input and IAT’s knowledge of the collections market inspired the dramatic product enhancements.

The Conference will feature a bonus training session and an opening reception on Wednesday, Sept. 14th. Thursday and Friday will offer educational sessions, networking opportunities, and vendor exhibits accessible throughout the day. A dinner on the waterfront Thursday night will feature entertainment by the Ship?s Company Chanteymen.

Last year’s attendees found the IAT Conference “Extremely well organized” and very informative. Alice Garcia, Director of Operations at the Law Office of Harris & Zide said:

“I was thrilled with IAT?s User Conference. I went into it not knowing a lot?we just installed CT Center in late March?and came back with a wealth of information. All of the IAT staff members were very helpful. There were an incredible number of people there, including other attendees, who were very knowledgeable and eager to help. I learned so much more about what CT Center can do, both from talking with other CT Center users and from the conference sessions.”

IAT chose Norfolk, VA for its historic beauty and convenient location. Norfolk boasts a variety of activities that are sure to keep Conference attendees busy when sessions are over for the day.
