Federal Bond & Collection Service, Inc. (FBCS) Wednesday announced expansion plans in Pennsylvania.  FBCS will be expanding its operations and call center activities to a 22,500 sq. ft. facility in Hatboro, Pa., approximately 13 miles from its present site in Philadelphia.  The additional location will host a 170+ seat call center, plus a dedicated state-of-the-art training facility.

The expansion plan projects that initially 35% of the collection staff will be moving to the new site, and approximately 150+ agents will be maintained in the current Philadelphia call center.  Between the two offices, long-term plans will boost capacity to over 400 FTE.

This expansion will provide FBCS with increased call center capacity, ability to offer additional services, and has been designed to allow for growth in “back office” capabilities.

FBCS anticipates occupying the new space near the end of 2007.

FBCS was founded in Philadelphia, Pa. in 1982 and operates as a third party receivables management firm.  FBCS represents a variety of clients including major banks, card services, mortgage lenders, telecom, auto financing, and debt purchasers.
