Over the past six months, Intelligent Results, a pioneer in customer analytics and decision management software, has demonstrated tremendous growth and market traction in the financial services industry. The company has hired industry veterans for its sales, marketing, support and product management teams. In addition, Intelligent Results introduced a new analytics platform and a series of solutions targeting retail banks, debt buyers and collections agencies.

Strategic New Hires


Since January, Intelligent Results has significantly increased their staff and continues to hire aggressively. New hires include seasoned marketing and product management professionals, statisticians and top sales and engineering executives from leading technology and financial services companies.


Debbie DeGabrielle joined the Intelligent Results marketing team in February 2006 as chief marketing officer, bringing more than 25 years of marketing experience to the company. Debbie was previously vice president of marketing for WRQ. In addition, Dave Hebert came on board as vice president of product marketing. Dave came to Intelligent Results from Microsoft where he was senior product planner for Exchange Server and was most recently responsible for developing new channel engagement models for Microsoft?s Communication Sector Hosting Solutions business.?


The Intelligent Results sales, engineering and support teams added seasoned veterans Mike Grow, Anne Malone, Leigh Nichols, Darlene Smith-Goins, Buzz Sawyer, Felice Rando and Vince Sutera. The new team members bring deep industry experience from Trans Union, Experian, Austin Logistics, Equifax, Fair Isaac and Online Resources.


Innovative New Products


In April 2006, Intelligent Results launched Predigy™, a customer analytics and decision management platform that integrates all steps in the analytics-to-action progression, dramatically improving the speed of building and testing models, developing and simulating strategies, and implementing actions. Since the launch of the beta version of Predigy, over two dozen new customers and partners have chosen to work with Intelligent Results.


Building on the success of Predigy, Intelligent Results introduced several applications based on the platform: Affinity Manager, Offer Manager and Retention Manager for more effective customer and offer management strategies, and ten Action Applicationsä that generate specific actions for improving the collections process.
