CIiCU is hosted by attorneys involved in the credit union movement and is a podcast about credit unions (CU) and the legal issues that they face in the course of business. The podcasts are designed for credit union officers, directors, employees, volunteers and anybody interested in the CU movement. The CIiCU team plans to cover hot topics and breaking legal news in a lively and interesting format on a regular basis.


The Current Issues in Credit Unions team consists of Brian Witt of Farleigh Witt, Gwen Baker of Venable LLP, Guy Messick of Messick & Weber P.C. and Rob Rutkowski of WWR. Robert Rutkowski, producer and co-host of CIiCU and managing partner of WWR?s Credit Union department says, ?The credit union movement is something that Brian, Guy, Gwen and I are very passionate about. We have been involved with the CU movement for a long time and we are excited about the opportunity to do a free show for credit unions worldwide where we can discuss topics that we see in our practices. We intend to share relevant information and give tips to credit union professionals that they may be able to use in their day-to-day activities and we hope to get CU?s to think about these legal issues from a different perspective.?
