CR Software, Inc. (CRS), the leading collections solutions provider for collection agencies and corporate debt recovery departments, announced that it has successfully completed installation of its CRS Collection Resource System, Platinum Atlas ASP On-Line Version for VP Capital Recovery Group. A dedicated debt buyer and investment portfolio management organization, VP Capital Recovery Group is headquartered in Augusta, Georgia.

The Atlas ASP (Application Service Provider) software is designed for high-end automated debt recovery agencies but with the price flexibility and simplified turnkey start-up capabilities that make it ideal for a new agency. Offered via the World Wide Web, Atlas ASP is available on a subscription fee basis that eliminates the usual up-front capital expenditure and financing often associated with the purchase of a major collections software system.

“VP Capital Recovery Group’s goal is to provide superior debt recovery efforts to our clients with CR Software Atlas ASP as our collections system,” said Mike Cowguill, General Manager of VP Capital Recovery Group. “The Atlas ASP system meets our demands as an agency and offers us significant cost savings and start-up flexibility. We at VP Capital Recovery Group are excited about using this type of leading edge technology for our collections efforts and we are particularly excited about our future with CR Software.”

“CR Software is proud to be partnering together with VP Capital Recovery Group to ensure that their collection efforts are the most efficient and effective possible,” said Edz Sturans, President of CR Software. “Growing and emerging collection agencies, such as VP Capital Recovery Group can now enjoy the capabilities of a ‘larger agency’ because they are getting the same functionality. CR Software offers the Atlas ASP on a pay-per-usage monthly fee basis to provide significant cost savings compared to traditional purchase and financing of a software package. It is a cost effective solution that offers best-in-class functionality without the expense of maintaining a server, and the associated support issues, in-house.”
