After months of development and testing, Automated Collection Control, Inc., known in the industry as YouveGotClaims, announced today the release of three new online reports on its industry-leading DataLink application. Several enhancements have also been made to an existing report.

Designed and created from user suggestions, these new reports will make it easier for debt servicers to track groups of accounts through their existing online portfolio management.

The Call Recap Report recaps telephone activity for the previous three weeks, assessing which claims have achieved a specific call volume. This enables a much closer tracking of the claims that are being worked as opposed to those that may need attention.

The Hot List Report is a list of all claims where no suit has been filed after a user-specified number of days. The user will be able to target those claims needing special attention in regard to filing suit, thus saving time searching for those specific claims.

Related to the Hot List Report, the New Suit Report counts how many claims have achieved ?Suit Filed? status over a given period of time, making it easier to monitor performance over a portfolio or select group of claims within a portfolio.

The Long-Term Liquidation Report has been enhanced with a new column displaying the current month MTD payments received. The entire report can also be filtered by debtor state from a pull-down menu. Used with the Receiver filter, this powerful addition enables sorting for Receivers operating in more than one state.
