ICS 3.1 includes value added improvements in its ICS Online module, namely:

ICS (Integrated Collections Solution) is a complete, independent and highly integrated solution to manage the entire collections and recovery lifecycle providing both the front and back office components. Being highly flexible, ICS automates and improves operational processes according to configurable segmentation rules, increasing profitability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


ICS also provides usage and credit limit control, customer segmentation and collection strategies, payment promises & payment plan management, external collection agencies management and commissioning. A powerful workflow engine provides the underlying infrastructure allowing for rules based automation of credit control and delinquency management. ICS has been integrated with the leading Billing, CRM, ERP and EAI solutions (e.g.: Siebel, SAP, Arbor, BSCS and Vitria).
