TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:
TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that a top systems integrator has expanded its strategic agreement with TeleTech to include support of its accounts in the healthcare industry.

The client, a Fortune 500 provider, first began working with TeleTech in 2002 and the business has continued to grow since that time. Under the terms of the new agreement, TeleTech will provide administrative services for the benefit of the client’s healthcare partner. The program will support a healthcare policy roundtable, a human resource policy association, and all insurance carriers providing insurance as part of the client’s retiree health access program.

This front- to back-office solution covers all levels of the enrollment process including plan eligibility, general inquiries, plan changes, terminations, pharmacy and prescription issues, and billing and payment questions.
