Mark Finston brings to Hudson & Keyse an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive background in international financial industry management. He has significant experience leading the financial, administrative and operations functions across a range of financial services companies such as Fairbanks Capital, and Credit Suisse First Boston. His expertise spans treasury and finance; capital and risk management; regulatory and legal compliance; forecasting; financial modeling, analysis and reporting; M&A activities; joint venture programs; corporate divestitures; and so forth.

Following his role as Chief Financial/Administrative Officer at Firstmac, Inc., Mark most recently served as a consultant and advisor on mergers and acquisitions, debt position realignments, and the restructure of capital lease and interest rate swap portfolios. Prior, he was CFO/Treasurer of Daiwa Securities America, COO of Fairbanks Capital, and CFO/CAO and Treasurer of Greystone-Arizona/Core Digital-SWTV, which roles preceded his tenure as CFO/CAO of Alpine Affiliates.

Mark began his career as a Financial Analyst for First National Bank. He then joined National Bank of North America and was responsible for credit analysis and lending. His next role was with First Boston Corporation for which he held a variety of senior administrative and financial management positions in Europe, Asia and the U.S. Subsequent to leaving First Boston, Mark served as Managing Partner, CFO and Treasurer of a partnership that created and built BOH, Inc., an innovative business that uses sophisticated computer technologies to integrate the advertising, telecommunications, and entertainment markets.
