Mr. Elliott has been responsible for NCO’s long-term strategic technology direction and information technology systems and processes since 1996. He managed the technological aspects of NCO’s transition from a regional firm to an international industry leader, including systems integration and consolidation of multiple acquisitions. He has been working in the IT field since 1985. Mr. Elliott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University with a major in Computer Systems Management.
