Ken Sylvain joins Columbia Ultimate as Operations Manager based in Atlanta, bringing years of management and operations experience and successful business development. Sylvain will focus on business development and strengthening existing client relationships for Columbia Ultimate?s Eastern Operations Center.


Prior to joining Columbia Ultimate, Sylvain served as managing director for an Atlanta software firm, overseeing client partnering, product management and operations. He was formerly account manager at American Online where he coordinated internal teams and assisted key partners in strategic initiatives.


With the addition of Sylvain, Columbia Ultimate continues to strengthen its management team by hiring high-level executives with long-time experience and knowledge in the software industry and other related industries.
