Chris Louis joined AMO as Vice President/Director of Application Development in April 2005. He is responsible for the design, planning, testing, and implementation of all development activity to our core collection system. In addition Mr. Louis has taken on the additional role of directing the AMO IT infrastructure including desktop support, telephony, dialers, network, internet, and project management.

Mr. Louis began his career with GC Services in 1978 as a collector and quickly moved into management as assistant manager. In 1985 he was promoted to branch manger over GC Services’ Chicago branch and was awarded the Rookie Manager of the Year that same year. Mr. Louis is also a member of the GC Services Hall of Fame.

In 1988 Mr. Louis joined Nationwide Credit, Inc. (then known as Credit Claims and Collections) as branch manager for their Chicago operations. In 1991 Mr. Louis transferred to Atlanta, GA running NCI’s Accounts Portfolio branch. In 1993 Mr. Louis transferred to the Information Technology Department and was promoted to Director of Systems Support where he was responsible for all day to day operations of the collection system including client interfaces, file transfers, application design and development, project management, and system support.
