Akcelerant Software LLC and SoundBite Communications Inc., a leading provider of on-demand automated voice messaging solutions, today announced a strategic alliance that enables credit unions and community banks to create, manage and execute customer contact campaigns through the Akcelerant Framework, an industry leading workflow and business process automation suite for the financial services industry.

The alliance enables Akcelerant customers to contact more account holders, reduce risk, increase revenue and enhance customer service using SoundBite’s automated voice messaging solution on the Akcelerant Framework. Available directly through Akcelerant, the on-demand service leverages SoundBite’s multi-tenant customer contact platform and does not require any additional hardware or software. The service is provided under a usage based pricing model, and is available to Akcelerant customers with no long-term contracts and no minimum commitments.

Akcelerant customers can take advantage of this service and expect to receive more right party contacts, higher agent productivity, better call back rates, and faster results than possible through traditional dialing technology strategies.

Arizona Federal, a credit union with $1.77 billion in assets and 223,000 member accounts, is leveraging the combined solution to collect on various types of debt. The credit union recently launched its first collections campaign and future plans include exploring calling campaigns to support customer care and marketing initiatives.
