RMS Announces Recovery Manager and Agency Auditor of Year

Resource Management Services, Inc. (RMS) is pleased to announce the recipients of the Recovery Manager of the Year and Agency Auditor of the Year awards for 2002. Initiated by RMS in 1992 and open to professionals within creditor organizations, these two awards are presented annually to the Recovery Manager and Agency Auditor who has shown a progressive attitude combined with quantifiable results.

Nominations are sought from throughout the industry, and selections are based on individual achievements. Some criteria upon which the awards are based include: Progressive Attitude, New Strategies & Programs, Results – Success, Innovative Ideas, Knowledge of Vendors & Industry, and Number of Nominations (various sources).

RMS congratulates Tom Nusspickel, Household Refund Lending, and James Priester, Household Bank, who were selected as co-recipients of the Recovery Manager of the Year 2002 award, and Jodie Sayre, Wells Fargo Bank, who was selected as the Agency Auditor of the Year 2002.

Award recipients receive a beautiful award and admission to the exclusive Collection and Recovery Solutions 2003 conference. C&RS 2003 admission includes a 2-night stay at the Four Season’s Hotel in Las Vegas, up to $500 in airfare, and an opportunity to share their views and successes in a semi-public forum as a Round Table Speaker at the event.
