Salt Lake City-based IAT said that Preferred Credit, Inc., a provider of financing to some of the largest direct sales distributorships in the world, has chosen CT Center as their Predictive Dialing and IVR Broadcast Messaging solution.

Preferred Credit has experienced significant growth over the last several years. While working for collection agencies, Business Analyst Erik Wells became familiar with IAT’s legacy product, SmartDial, and more recently with CT Center. “I was convinced that Preferred Credit could improve efficiency and collections with dialing technology,” said Wells. To cost-justify the purchase, Wells researched and got bids from three dialer vendors. “Preferred Credit chose IAT based on such factors as product for the cost, our business needs, system stability and speed, manager and user screens, integration with CXM call recording, and IVR text-to-speech quality for broadcast messaging. I believe that our 24-seat system will pay for itself within 6 months, maximum.”

Preferred Credit will be using CT Center in both its Minnesota and Texas locations. They expect to increase collections and efficiency significantly with the predictive dialer, and to more productively work old accounts using the broadcast messaging module, as well.

Jeff Savage, IAT National Sales Manager, anticipates great results for Preferred Credit as they begin using CT Center. “When a company installs CT Center, especially if they’ve never used a predictive dialing system before, the increases in agent productivity are almost immediate,” said Savage. “We are excited to help Preferred Credit achieve their goals even more quickly by using both the dialer and broadcast messaging together.”

IAT provides predictive dialing and interactive communications contacting solutions for the collection industry and related markets. Their products are installed in hundreds of organizations throughout the U.S., Canada, and South Africa.
