Intelligent Banking Solutions announced the signing of a comprehensive licensing and services agreement with the National Bank and & Trust Company, a $520 million asset institution based in Sycamore, IL, to implement the IBS collections and recovery system CARM-Pro.

CARM-Pro is a PC-based, host-interactive system designed to streamline the complex delinquency collection and management process, while allowing bank management to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and procedures relative to the collections and recovery process. National Bank & Trust uses the ITI banking system for its core processing. The signing of National Bank & Trust marks the 32nd ITI core based institution to license the IBS collections and recovery system.

“The IBS collections system has always been fully configurable to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual institutions,” said Charlie Bowden, IBS senior vice president for sales and marketing. “Our prospects and clients continually point this out as a major factor when they are in the process of measuring and evaluating collection software companies.”

Prospects and clients, particularly those on the ITI core system, also point to ease of use, reporting flexibility and the system’s user-friendly graphical user interface.

“Our customers also overwhelmingly praise the IBS client services and implementation staff and rank them very high in product and company comparisons,” said Bowden.
