Industry Veteran Joins Government Collection Agency as Director of Student Loan Collections

Kirk Wullweber has joined Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson LLP as the Director of its Student Loan Collection Services Division. He will also be assisting the firm with other state and federal government collection work done out of the firm?s national call center in San Antonio, Texas. Kirk has extensive experience managing Federal and State collection programs, primarily when he was with ACS/Wells Fargo. He has more than 15 years of third-party collection experience, and brings the Linebarger Goggan law firm his vast knowledge of the Department of Education, Financial Management Services and Internal Revenue Service contracts.
