MEGAS Corporation, a leader in healthcare software development, EDI transactions and system integration, today announced it has received a Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) score of 92/100 from Open Ratings, a D&B company. The approval rating received from the 20 current and past verified customer references demonstrates high customer satisfaction relative to similar companies in the industry.

“The long-term satisfaction of our end-user and developer customers has always been the focus of MEGAS, as we bring the most advanced revenue cycle management solutions to market through the Alpha II brand,” said Jan Powell, co-founder of MEGAS. “The fact that we ranked so highly with our customers underscores our mission to provide the best possible software solutions and support to our clients and to evaluate the quality of those products and support from the client’s perspective.”

The PPE ratings for MEGAS were highest in the areas of personnel, reliability and cost, however, the company scored in the 90s for all of the categories, including:

    * Order accuracy
    * Delivery/timeliness
    * Quality
    * Business relations
    * Customer support
    * Responsiveness

Each year, Open Ratings helps thousands of companies secure contracts with large purchasing organizations such as the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) by verifying their performance with PPEs.
