PR - John McNamara Named LiveVox Chief Marketing Officer

LiveVox announced that John McNamara is joining the Company as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Mr. McNamara most recently served as Co-Founder and President of Fidelis Recovery Solutions, Inc. and has spent more than two decades working in all phases of collection and recovery operations.

San Francisco-based LiveVox is the only provider offering a SIP-based, hosted-dialer solution that replicates and expands on all the features of a physical dialer while increasing right-party connects and agent productivity with its unique agent registration features. In his role as CMO, Mr. McNamara will be responsible for increasing awareness of these true differentiators in the market along with helping to shape the future of the Company and engaging with customers.

Prior to Fidelis, Mr. McNamara served as Chief Operating Officer of AMO and Senior Vice President of Operations for Nationwide Credit/ACB. He also held the title of Vice President of Operations for United Recovery Systems, LP. Mr. McNamara is a frequent speaker at national collection conferences and was recently named to Collection Advisor magazine’s list of the “Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals.” Additionally, he was appointed Vice President and Board Member of the Georgia Collectors Association. Mr. McNamara is a summa cum laude graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
