D&B employed 822 people at the end of last year in Bethlehem’s Martin Tower. The company’s lease there expires next year. City and regional leaders had been concerned that D&B might move those workers close to its headquarters in Short Hills, N.J., about 70 miles from Bethlehem.


D&B spokeswoman Yvette Rudich stopped short of a commitment to the Upper Saucon project. She said the company is in talks with Martin Tower’s owner, and still might renew its lease there. D&B is pursuing the Upper Saucon plan at the same time, she said.
