PR - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Adds Three Associates

 
Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., a leading creditors’ rights law firm, named three new associates to its offices in Cleveland, Detroit, and Philadelphia.

Jeffrey K. Bearss will be working in the Legal Action Recovery department of the Detroit office. Bearss earned his B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University (1985) and his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (1988). He was previously employed at UAW Legal Services Plan. A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Bearss is licensed in the state courts of Michigan. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Eastern District of Mich.), the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US Supreme Court.

Jill A. Cantor will be working in the Legal Action Recovery department of the Philadelphia office. Cantor earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice, Sociology and Psychology from Widener University (2003) and her J.D. from the Widener University School of Law (2006). She was previously employed with The State of New Jersey as Law Clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Batten. A member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations, Cantor is licensed in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kevin C. Susman will be working in the Legal Action Recovery department of the Cleveland office. Susman earned his BSBA in Accounting and Finance from John Carroll University (1996) and JD from the University of Akron School of Law (2005). He was previously employed at Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court. A member of the Cuyahoga and Cleveland Bar Associations, Mr. Susman is licensed in the state courts of Ohio.
