U.S. subprime ARMs with two- and three-year IO periods face larger payment increases at the rate reset compared to hybrid ARMs and have higher odds of default, according to Fitch Ratings, who will be hosting a conference call on Tuesday March 14 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss highlights of its new criteria report.
