Fitch to Discuss Risks to U.S. Subprime IO Borrowers Tuesday

U.S. subprime ARMs with two- and three-year IO periods face larger payment increases at the rate reset compared to hybrid ARMs and have higher odds of default, according to Fitch Ratings, who will be hosting a conference call on Tuesday March 14 at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss highlights of its new criteria report.

Managing Director Glenn Costello will be the lead speaker on the call and will be joined by analysts Suzanne Mistretta and Grant Bailey. Prepared remarks are expected to last approximately 20 minutes, followed immediately by a Q&A session.
