Bradley Shropshire brings 11 years of collection industry experience to his leadership role at Hudson & Keyse. He started his career in collecting charged-off receivables 10 years ago at Commercial Financial Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a manager of one of their skip-tracing units. His primary responsibilities included managing a team of 22 skip tracers and collectors in the servicing of charged-off receivables from a wide range of primary lenders.

Bradley spent a year in the initial company start-up at IMC Financial in Wichita, Kansas, where he formed its skip tracing unit and helped maintain the company’s collection rates and buying relationships, before being hired by Challenger Financial in San Diego, California. At Challenger Financial, a start-up debt purchasing firm, he enjoyed a broad range of responsibilities, ranging from establishing a skip tracing unit to driving collection numbers on the floor until Challenger was purchased by Thornton Capital Advisors, Inc. There, Bradley moved into the role of Sales Representative where he was directly responsible for $3 million in cash sales from charged-off receivables and involved in the securing, purchase and maintenance of forward flow contracts with Chase Manhattan and Discover Financial along with individual purchases from General Electric, First North American National Bank, Firstar/U.S. Bank, Household Automotive Finance, and National City Bank. In all, these relationships totaled $530 million, face value, of charged-off receivables.
