Mr. Barrist is responsible for overall operations, with emphasis on strategic planning and marketing. He has been widely recognized for his leadership role in growing NCO from a company with $75,000 in revenues in 1986 into one of the largest ARM and BPO firms in the world, with approximately 34,000 employees and $1.5 billion in combined revenues in 2008. Mr. Barrist holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
