Carlos has over 19 years of industry experience and is responsible for directing OMS’ operations strategy in all four domestic solutions centers and offshore sites. Carlos ensures that both client performance and service expectations are met. Carlos is responsible for overseeing Client Services, Customer Service, and Information Technology departments. Carlos has been recognized by several partnerships for his outstanding performance and continued “Best in Class Service.”

Carlos started his career at Debt Control Center Inc. (DCC), where he was responsible for opening and developing two collection centers and overseeing 300+ associates. His career continued at Intellirisk (Iqor), where he held the positions of Director of Operations, and more recently as Vice President of Operations at Asset Management Outsourcing. Carlos has been recognized as part of the “Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals” for 2007.
