For the 18th year running, collection professionals will meet to bridge the gap between where their companies are and where they’d like them to be, as the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) holds its annual Strategic Management Conference in San Diego, July 8-9, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.


During the daylong conference agency owners, CEOs, attorneys and other executive-level professionals in the commercial collection field will learn from each other’s mistakes and victories, hardships and conquests. In addition to networking opportunities, attendees will take in educational sessions on topics imperative to the commercial collection business.
