The ezCash Placement Manager application is designed to serve as the primary conduit between credit grantors and their collection agencies ? with an emphasis on ease-of-use. At the same time, some credit grantors are also using it as a channel to debt buyers, skip data providers and law firms.


ezCash Placement Manager handles all of the account placement, management, reporting, and exception processing needed to successfully outsource the collection of debts. What’s more, it provides complete visibility to each partner’s activity and performance.


Using ezCash Placement Manager, credit grantors can place accounts with one or more collection agencies using a profile-based approach. Profiles define the criteria for each placement, allowing accounts to be placed on an individual, ad hoc, or periodic basis.


The ezCash Placement Manager integrates with ezCash collection strategies to automatically place accounts when in-house collection efforts are exhausted. The Placement Manager also interfaces with event-driven information, such as notifications of bankruptcy filings.


Now, all of the interaction with these business partners can take place electronically, thus eliminating the need and costs of exchanging spreadsheets and paper documents.
