Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. a US-based accounts receivable management firm and NARS, a widely recognized Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm announce a strategic alliance and servicing agreement.

This alliance affords Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. the ability to provide a near shore solution to its existing and prospective clients with scalability at sites in Montego Bay, Jamaica and Panama City, Panama.

“The ability to add value in servicing by augmenting our existing dedicated domestic collection strategies is the strength of this strategic alliance,” says, Joe Burch, Senior Vice-President of Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. “ARM has built its reputation on service while providing outstanding results and the addition of this agreement clearly enhances the services we are able to provide.”

Mike Cosenza, Senior Vice-President of Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. adds: “Being able to provide broad scalability at all collection levels and enhance our bilingual collection strategies offers tremendous potential to our clients. Planning for the future has always been one of our keys to success and this alliance puts us in a position to service our clients better today, and for years to come.”

NARS Executive Vice President, Gregory A. Cappa, states, “NARS is extremely pleased to have formed this strategic alliance with Accounts Receivable Management. We feel that the quality and extension of services we will be able to provide to ARM and their clients will greatly enhance their capabilities at a significant savings. We also believe that our industry is a ‘people’ business and the chemistry between our two firms was the deciding factor to join forces with ARM’s outstanding group. We sincerely look forward to partnering with Joe, Michael, and their team of professionals. Our strategic alliance sharpens our competitive edge and ensures continued success for both of our organizations.”

The partnership between Accounts Receivable Management and NARS creates a new business line within the NARS family of services whereas other collection services providers will have the ability to take advantage of the high quality, nearshore labor market without significant investment. Cappa adds, “By leveraging NARS’ pool of educated, professional, experienced collection personnel, our business partners can now affiliate themselves with NARS and enhance their internal performance and profitability objectives. Our Panama City, Panama site employs over 700 fully bilingual collection professionals. As the need for Spanish speaking agents continues to grow within the collection industry, we feel that NARS is strategically positioned in the nearshore market place to meet this need. We expect to employ over 200 representatives by the end of 2006 through these strategic-alliance channels alone.”
