Titan Companies announced today that it has signed a definitive Shared Management Services Agreement with American Coradius International LLC of Amherst, New York, to provide management services to its collections facilities in Duluth, Georgia and Marion, Indiana, as well as assist with future expansion plans of the company in its recovery division, Titan Management Services, LLC. Titan founder and Chief Executive Officer, Fred Howard, stated, ?I am truly excited about this arrangement with ACI and the years of experience and innovation that they bring to the table in the collections side of the business. This agreement with ACI bolsters the firm?s collections division by tapping two of the top talents in the business, ACI Chief Executive Officer, Bill Pinkney and collections industry veteran and ACI Chief Operations Officer, Skip Foster. The arrangement complements ACI?s aggressive expansion plans by incorporating Titan?s debt purchasing power as an additional source of inventory for the Titan and ACI floors.
