Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the leading provider of integrated on-demand enterprise software solutions for talent management, today announced that Omnium Worldwide, Inc., an accounts receivable management and cost containment company, has successfully implemented Cornerstone’s employee performance and succession management modules enterprise-wide. Completion of this initial roll-out now prepares Omnium for phase two of their implementation which will include the integration of Cornerstone OnDemand’s learning management module.

Omnium will leverage Cornerstone OnDemand to measure competency assessments for high-potential and management-level employees, and to conduct succession planning at the executive level. The organization will utilize Cornerstone Learning for development plans and overall learning management needs. Additionally, Cornerstone’s internal recruiting will help address current job vacancies in an effort to help grow the organization organically.
