Collection Law Firm Creates New Practice Area, Hires Director

Tina L. Bildstein has joined the creditors? rights law firm of Javitch, Block & Rathbone (JB&R) as Credit Union Services Director. The credit union services department is a new practice area focusing on Ohio credit union representation. Bildstein?s responsibilities consist of business development and consulting for credit unions on various educational issues.

Prior to joining JB&R, Bildstein was account manager for the Cleveland office of TRANSUNION, a leading global provider of business intelligence services. During her 19 years with TRANSUNION, she held various marketing positions and earned numerous teaching and training certificates and professional accreditations. In 1995 she received the Golden Circle award for being in the top 2% of the sales force. She also received the Consultative Selling Award in 2000, which recognized her for a combination of skill sets, exceptional selling and consultative ability and expertise.

Her previous experience includes marketing representative for the Cleveland office of Credit Bureau Services of Northeast Ohio and collection and marketing representative for the Trumbull Credit & Adjustment Bureau in Warren, Ohio.

Bildstein has an associate degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Slippery Rock State University, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is a member of the Peak Performers Network and the Northern Ohio Credit Association (NOCA).

JB&R’s practices focus in the areas of retail and commercial collections, creditor bankruptcy representation, commercial and creditor litigation, landlord representation, and insurance subrogation.
