Executive Change: EMCC CEO Resigns

EMCC, Inc. announced today that effective March 20, 2007, Stacey Schacter has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer in order to pursue other business opportunities. “Stacey has been part of the EMCC family for over fifteen years and we wish him success in his future endeavors” stated Arthur Levine, EMCC’s President. 

Charles Shoemake, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, is being promoted to Chief Operating Officer of EMCC.  Mr. Shoemake will assume day to day operations for the EMCC family of companies.

“EMCC, Equiant Financial Services Inc. and Resort Management International will continue to focus on developing and growing its core debt buying, loan servicing, and valuation and appraisal businesses,” according Neil Brodsky, EMCC’s General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development.
