Contrax Systems announced Thursday the release of TRAX, the Web’s first independent Post Sale Support System for debt purchasers. The new portal gives debt portfolio buyers and sellers a simple, easy to use interface for managing and tracking putbacks, buybacks, media requests, and communication.

Contrax Systems will provide the service through their corporate portal at www.contraxsystems.com. The company has a staffed technical support department available to assist end-users utilizing the Post Sale Support System.

The new TRAX portal operates independently from any other system and does not require the end user to sell their debt through Contrax Systems, allowing buyers and sellers to use the system for all of their sales, regardless of who sold them and when.

Since the launch of their debt sales auction portal in 2006, Contrax Systems has become well know in the debt purchasing sector for facilitating the most robust and user friendly debt auction system available. The new TRAX post sale system builds upon the functionality of their auction site and offers users a complete service from purchase to well beyond the warranty period.

Contrax Systems President Dawn Horst stated, “Working in the debt industry for nearly 15 years, I have always seen the need for a readily available, streamlined system for debt sellers and buyers to effortlessly manage their after-sale requirements and media. We feel strongly that many debt industry professionals will save countless hours and headaches by using the TRAX system, regardless of where they purchased their accounts.”

Contrax Systems provides a wide range of debt industry services including brokering, sales, debt servicing, business consulting, start-up consulting, and application and web development.
