DENVER–Collect America, Ltd . (“Collect America” or the “Company”), a leading purchaser and servicer of charged-off receivables, announced today the appointment of Paul A. Larkins as President. In this capacity, Mr. Larkins will oversee the Company’s day to day operations and strategic initiatives, working in close partnership with the Company’s Chairman, CEO and Founder, Scott Lowery.

Mr. Larkins joins Collect America from Key National Finance, the equipment leasing and consumer finance operations of KeyCorp, where he has served as President and CEO for the last 11 years. Headquartered in Superior, Colorado, Key National Finance is a global business comprised of over 1,400 professionals across 26 countries with over $23 billion in assets under management and nearly 110,000 clients. While at Key National Finance, Mr. Larkins led the business through a period of impressive growth and spearheaded numerous acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures that helped to reposition the Equipment Finance, Advisory and Distribution Services, Payroll, Home Improvement, Marine, Auto Lending and Education Lending business units. In concert with his business leadership roles, Mr. Larkins has served on numerous industry association and community boards (including being elected Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, and Chair of that Association’s government affairs council).

Prior to joining KeyCorp in 1993, Mr. Larkins held national and regional marketing positions at U.S. Leasing International and IBM. Additionally, Mr. Larkins previously served on the board of directors for the Research Foundation at the State University of New York (SUNY). He is currently on the Board of the Leed’s School of Business at the University of Colorado. He is also a member of the Alumni Association President’s Council at St. Mary’s College of California.

Mr. Larkins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California. Mr. Larkins is also a graduate of the Phillip Crosby Quality Education System, Institute of Leasing Management at Columbia University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
