Leeds, U.K.-based debt purchasing specialist Lowell Group has appointed Neil Kendall as Project Manager.

Neil is a business and IT change professional with several years experience in FTSE-100 financial services companies, including Scottish Widows, HBOS and RBS.  He has a postgraduate diploma in information technology and is a member of both the Association for Project Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
